What is included in the bookkeeping review?

Each quarter, your dedicated financial accountant (same accountant every quarter) will log into your bookkeeping and review for mistakes, missed tax deductions, tax planning opportunities (if you have that add-on), and more. They then provide you with a list of what they found so you can review and correct it. If you have prior bookkeeping that is wrong or unfinished, we can help you with that, too.

What does "Revenue" mean in the package levels?

Revenue is your gross income or sales to the total income or money you receive each year. It is at the top of the income statement before any expenses or cost of goods sold is subtracted.

How long is the engagement period?

Month to month. Each engagement period includes all contracted services, support, reviews, and more. The engagement automatically renews on the 1st of the month. You may cease the service with 30 days' notice.

Why does it cost more during tax season?

January through April are our busiest months. Prices increase by 20%. We prefer users to start an engagement with us before that time so we can set you up smoothly and have a chance to review your financials before tax time. We are giving you an incentive to start now by lowering the pricing if you start before tax season begins.
